With negative expected opening of the main European markets ... with investors showing a disappointment, as expressed in Asian markets .. for inaction shown by the ECB yesterday .. well ... as mentioned by this Governor .. it is too early to determine the economic impact of the referendum in the United Kingdom, noting that financial markets have shown "encouraging resistance." ...
