Σε εφαρμογή της διάταξης του άρθρου 2 παρ. 2 (ε) της απόφασης της Επιτροπής Κεφαλαιαγοράς 3/347/12.07.2005 και του Ν.3016/2002, η Τράπεζα Πειραιώς ανακοινώνει ότι κατά τη συνεδρίαση του Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου την 20η Ιουλίου 2016 παραιτήθηκε ο κ. Μιχάλης Σάλλας από τη θέση του Προέδρου του Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου, παραμένοντας ως Επίτιμος Πρόεδρος αυτού.
