We are living in digital times. The internet and portable online devices have radically transformed the way we use and exchange information, and the way we exchange money. Money has been digitalised in many ways and we can now, for instance, transfer bank deposits electronically and pay with e-money.

Υπεγράφη από την Υφυπουργό Οικονομικών Κατερίνα Παπανάτσιου η υπουργική απόφαση που καθορίζει τις κατηγορίες δαπανών οι οποίες υπολογίζονται στο ελάχιστο ποσό που πρέπει να πραγματοποιήσουν με ηλεκτρονικά μέσα πληρωμής μισθωτοί, συνταξιούχοι και κατ’ επάγγελμα αγρότες για το φορολογικό έτος 2017, σύμφωνα με τις διατάξεις του Ν.4446/2016.

Την λήψη μέτρων για τις τοπικές οικονομίες και επιχειρήσεις, που επλήγησαν από την κακοκαιρία, ζητά με επιστολή της η ΓΣΕΒΕΕ ..

Επιστολή προς τον Υφυπουργό Παρά τω Πρωθυπουργό κ. Δ. Λιάκο, απέστειλε η ΓΣΕΒΕΕ μετά τα πρόσφατα έντονα καιρικά φαινόμενα που παρουσιάστηκαν σε διάφορες περιοχές της Ελληνικής περιφέρειας, δημιούργησαν σοβαρά προβλήματα στις τοπικές οικονομίες και επιχειρήσεις, ενώ σημαντικό μέρος των υποδομών που υποστήριζε την οικονομική και κοινωνική ζωή απαξιώθηκε ή δεν είναι λειτουργικό..

Bundesbank President Jens Weidmann has spoken out in favour of putting a timely end to the expansionary monetary policy of the European Central Bank (ECB). In an interview with the Frankfurter Allgemeine Sonntagszeitung (FAS), he took a critical view of the ECB Governing Council's decision to extend the asset purchase programme until at least the end of 2017, describing it as "highly substantial".

At the heart of the globalisation of inflation (GI) hypothesis is the view that the factors influencing domestic inflation have become increasingly global. One implication of this hypothesis is that global, and not just domestic, measures of economic slack should be relevant determinants of domestic inflation and that their role should have increased with global economic integration (eg Borio and Filardo (2007)).
