Ισοζύγιο Τρεχουσών Συναλλαγών 

Το Μάρτιο του 2017, το ισοζύγιο τρεχουσών συναλλαγών παρουσίασε έλλειμμα 1,3 δισεκ. ευρώ, κατά 551 εκατ. ευρώ μεγαλύτερο από εκείνο του Μαρτίου του 2016. Η εξέλιξη αυτή οφείλεται κυρίως στην αύξηση του ελλείμματος του ισοζυγίου αγαθών, η οποία υπεραντιστάθμισε την άνοδο του πλεονάσματος του ισοζυγίου υπηρεσιών, καθώς και στη μείωση του πλεονάσματος στα ισοζύγια πρωτογενών και δευτερογενών εισοδημάτων.

We had to say goodbye to Michael Noonan, who has announced that he will step down from his post. He could still be with us for the June meeting but I didn't want to take the chances of missing his farewell, so we thanked him for all the work he has done for Ireland and for the eurozone.

Το ύψος των καθαρών εσόδων του κρατικού προϋπολογισμού ανήλθε σε 15.309 εκατ. ευρώ παρουσιάζοντας μείωση κατά 819 εκατ. ευρώ ή 5,1% έναντι του στόχου

Εκτέλεση Κρατικού Προϋπολογισμού Ιανουαρίου - Απριλίου 2017 (προσωρινά στοιχεία) 

Σύμφωνα με τα προσωρινά στοιχεία εκτέλεσης του κρατικού προϋπολογισμού, σε τροποποιημένη ταμειακή βάση, για την περίοδο Ιανουαρίου - Απριλίου 2017, παρουσιάζεται έλλειμμα στο ισοζύγιο του κρατικού προϋπολογισμού ύψους 1.133 εκατ. ευρώ έναντι ελλείμματος 973 εκατ. ευρώ το αντίστοιχο διάστημα του 2016 και στόχου του Προϋπολογισμού 2017 (που έχει περιληφθεί στην εισηγητική έκθεση του Προϋπολογισμού) για έλλειμμα 2.042 εκατ. ευρώ.

Συνεχίζεται η θετική εικόνα , και η < ανάκαμψη > στον τομέα της Βιομηχανίας. Σύμφωνα με τα προσωρινά στοιχεία που ανακοίνωσε σήμερα η ΕΛΣΤΑΤ, ο Γενικός Δείκτης Κύκλου Εργασιών στη Βιομηχανία σε ετήσια βάση βάση σημείωσε σημαντική αύξηση 24,5% έναντι μείωσης 11,7% το προηγούμενο έτος .

Δείκτης τιμών γραφείων  - Με βάση τα διαθέσιμα προσωρινά στοιχεία, για το σύνολο του 2016, οι ονομαστικές τιμές των γραφείων υψηλών προδιαγραφών αυξήθηκαν κατά 0,6% σε σχέση με το 2015 για το σύνολο της Ελλάδος, καταγράφοντας, για πρώτη φορά από το 2010, θετικό ρυθμό μεταβολής. Σύμφωνα με τα αναθεωρημένα στοιχεία, ο αντίστοιχος ρυθμός μεταβολής για το 2015 ήταν -0,1%, ενώ για το 2014 ήταν -3,5%.
