In this context it should be added that Greece must receive assistance to fully control the FYROM border and any complementary assistance to FYROM should likewise be coordinated at EU level. Migration

After five years of war, after more than 250.000 deaths, after half of all Syrians left their homes in search of shelter, millions lost their livelihood, millions of houses lie in ruins, after unemployment, inflation and poverty have soared, after we thought it could not get any worse, it did get worse yet again: Russian bombs are falling on Aleppo, bringing bloodshed and terror, and a further exodus of refugees. 

This unfolding human tragedy must compel us to push harder for a negotiated end of the war, to step up humanitarian assistance and increase our efforts to deal with the refugee and migration situation. 

I very much realize that some of the reforms necessary are politically difficult for society, but it is of prime importance to implement what was agreed in the summer of 2015...Jeroen Dijsselbloem

Dijsselbloem pledges to strengthen EU Banking Union and tackle tax-avoidance

Eurogroup President Jeroen Dijsselbloem will strive to strengthen the EU Banking Union, despite recent calls to loosen regulation in response to bank share volatility in in global markets, he told the Economic and Monetary Affairs Committee on Thursday. "There should be no doubt of the European Union's determination to apply these rules", he said in his capacity as Eurogroup President and chair of the Economic and Financial Affairs Council (ECOFIN).

The EU's Bank Recovery and Resolution Directive, which came into force at the beginning of 2015, sets a new common framework across the EU on how troubled banks should be dealt with. Mr Dijsselbloem said that since the global crisis, there had been significant progress in raising capital buffers and strengthening supervision over banks. "There are still issues with banks, but they are in much better shape", he said.

The annual consolidated balance sheet of the Eurosystem comprises assets and liabilities of the Eurosystem national central banks (NCBs) and the ECB held at year-end vis-à-vis third parties.

Claims and liabilities between Eurosystem central banks (intra-Eurosystem claims and liabilities) are netted and are therefore not shown.

Εμβαθαίνει η διορθωτική εικόνα παρουσιάζουν αυτή την ώρα οι Ελληνικές τράπεζες στην χρηματαγορά της Φρανκφούρτης... παρά το ανοδικό τους ξεκίνημα .....με την Τράπεζα ΠΕΙΡΑΙΩΣ  και την Εθνική Τράπεζα ....να επιταχύνουν τις πιέσεις  ...ενώ με αρνητικό πρόσημο έχουν γυρίσει  οι ALPHA BANK και η   EUROBANK....

Η  μετοχή  έχοντας  θετική διάσπαση  της ΕΜΑ 9 στα  1,449... με την μέχρι τώρα εικόνα της δεν κατάφερε να διασπάσει ανοδικά την ΕΜΑ 21 στα 1,567...  όπως έγινε και στην χθεσινή συνεδρίαση...

.... υποχρεώνοντας τον ταλαντωτή του δείκτη fast stochastic ...να κινηθεί προς αρνητική τμήση.... και παράλληλη κίνηση με τον ταλαντωτή του....  διατηρώντας όμως το πλάγιο ανοδικό σήμα του MACD σε ισχύ....

Προς αναζήτηση κατεύθυνσης ο Ευρωπαϊκός τραπεζικός κλάδος.. συνεχείς εναλλαγές προσήμου...

Συνεχίζεται και σήμερα η ανοδική αντίδραση  των Ευρωπαϊκών χρηματαγορών  με τον Γερμανικό δείκτη DAX  να επανακάμπτει από τα αρνητικά χαμηλά ημέρας και να καταγράφει κέρδη της τάξης του 1,65%.... ο STOXX® Europe 600 Banks ...μετά από εναλλαγές προσήμου ...αυτή την ώρα καταγράφει οριακά κέρδη της τάξης του 0,18% στις 146,74μ...
