Housing costs - an excessive burden for 11 % of Europeans - 09/03/2017

Costs relating to housing are the main items of expenditure for many European households. In the European context, these expenses include rental or mortgage interest payments but also the cost of utilities such as water, electricity, gas or heating.

Antonio Tajani made the case for European unity in his first speech as Parliament President at the start of a Council summit. “Today more than ever we can see how important European unity is,” he told political leaders at the summit in Brussels on 9 March. “Europe needs to be changed not weakened. All the institutions need to work harder to find the answers which ordinary Europeans are looking to us to provide.”

Θετικά πρόσημα επικρατούν σήμερα στις Αγορές εν αναμονή των στοιχείων για την εργασία στις USA , με τους επενδυτές να συνδέουν τις όποιες εξελίξεις με μία πιθανή αύξηση των επιτοκίων από την FED εντός του Μαρτίου ... Ανησυχία και αναζήτηση κατεύθυνσης, τα κύρια χαρακτηριστικά της εγχώριας αγοράς, μετά την αποχώρηση των Θεσμών χωρίς συμφωνία. Για άλλη μία φορά η αβεβαιότητα στο Χ.Α.Α. οδηγεί σε μία στάση αναμονής, με κύριο χαρακτηριστικό τις έντονες διακυμάνσεις με ένα range 8 περίπου μονάδων προς ώρας από το χαμηλό των 644,96 μ στο υψηλό των 652,63 μ . Περισσότερο επιρρεπείς στο αρνητικό πρόσημο εμφανίζονται οι Τραπεζικές μετοχές, εύλογα άλλωστε, καθώς αυτές επωμίζονται τον κύριο όγκο των αρνητικών επιπτώσεων από την καθυστέρηση του κλεισίματος της αξιολόγησης, με τα κεφάλαια των καταθέσεων τον Ιανουάριο  εν μέσω των Περιορισμών της κίνησης να έχουν σπάσει πτωτικά το φράγμα των 120 Δις. ευρώ , γεγονός το οποίο είχε ως αντίκτυπο, η ΕΚΤ να προχωρήσει χθες σε μία μικρή ουσιαστικά υποτυπώδη Μείωση του ELA ...

Ας ρίξουμε όμως μία ματιά στην κίνηση της μετοχής της  Eurobank.. Οι τιμές από την έναρξη κινούνται ανάμεσα στο θετικό και το αρνητικό πρόσημο έχοντας σημειώσει προς ώρας χαμηλό στα 0,600 και υψηλό στα 0,614ε .. Παρά την θετική προδιάθεση των προηγούμενων ημερών οι τιμές εξακολουθούν να παραμένουν  κάτω  από το Kumo του σύννεφου ichimoku παραμένοντας bearish σε βραχυπρόθεσμο επίπεδο, με  χαρακτηριστικά περαιτέρω διόρθωσης ...

7/3/2017 - Global economic growth is expected to pick up modestly next year to around 3.6 % from a projected 3.3% in 2017 but risks of rising protectionism, financial vulnerabilities, potential volatility from divergent interest rate paths and disconnects between market valuations and real activity hang over the outlook, according to the OECD.

Η έκδοση θα γίνει με δημοπρασία στην οποία συμμετέχουν οι Βασικοί Διαπραγματευτές των τίτλων του Ελληνικού Δημοσίου. Ως ημερομηνία διακανονισμού έχει οριστεί η Παρασκευή 17 Μαρτίου 2017 (Τ+2).
