The rules will reflect new ways in which Europeans enjoy culture and entertainment services online when they travel around the EU.

Europeans will soon be able to fully use their online subscriptions to films, sports events, e-books, video games or music services when travelling within the EU, according to the agreement reached this evening by negotiators of the European Parliament, the Member States and the European Commission.

Ας ρίξουμε όμως μία ματιά στην κίνηση της αγοράς ... Η αγορά κινείται εντός του  Kumo του σύννεφου ichimoku διατηρώντας ουδέτερη τάση  σε βραχυπρόθεσμο επίπεδο, με εμφανή την ανησυχία καθώς οι γρήγοροι ταλαντωτές Chikou Span ( πράσινη γραμμή ), και fast stochastic μας δίνουν αρνητική γωνία απόκλισης ...

Good morning Europe .. stabilizing opening with small profits expected for European markets. The good corporate earnings kept the good climate on Wall Street, but concerns about the new economic policy remain. Stabilizing close the Dow Jones Industrial Average, yesterday evening, with small profit + 0.19% to 20,090,30 m. Mixed picture show the Asian markets due to the drop of oil to be Nikkei index was + 0.51% to 19,007,60 m. Gold recorded small losses - 0.11% to $ 1,232.08 and Brent oil losses at $ 55.05 .. while the EUR / USD rate dropped - 0.61% to 1.0678. The Traders Maybe you should move to a risk management of the portfolio as stagnation remains ..

The DAX futures of ... shortly before the opening of markets are moving with small profit + 0.19% to 11.564 m .. moving marginally below the pivot point of the EMA .. still above the Kumo cloud ichimoku the fast oscillator Chikou Span (green line) give positive divergence angle, like the fast stochastic oscillator ..
