Το κατατεθέν Σ/Ν σε γενικές γραμμές κινείται προς τη σωστή κατεύθυνση. Είναι πολύ θετικό ότι στην αιτιολογική έκθεση το Σ/Ν αναφέρεται ως προϋπόθεση καλής νομοθέτησης η αρχή : προτεραιότητα στις μικρές επιχειρήσεις.

Το Διοικητικό Συμβούλιο της Επιτροπής Κεφαλαιαγοράς κατά την 759/29.6.2016 συνεδρίασή του αποφάσισε:

EU rules on electronic signatures, electronic seals, time stamps, electronic delivery service and website authentication, as well as electronic documents – as set out in the eIDAS Regulation – will apply directly in all EU Member States
