NEWS Release -  IMF Executive Board Concludes 2016 Article IV Consultation with Switzerland - December 15, 2016

On November 21, 2016, the Executive Board of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) concluded the Article IV consultation[1] with Switzerland. The economy withstood relatively well the sharp appreciation that followed the exit from the exchange rate floor. Economic performance has continued to firm in 2016 with support from domestic and external demand.

EU - Cyclical systemic risks remain contained in most of the countries covered by ECB Banking Supervision and in the euro area as a whole, with the financial cycle slowly picking up.

Good morning Europe .. Stabilizing opening is expected for European markets after yesterday's losses incurred, and the decision by the FED to increase federal interest rates .. The Dow Jones Industrial Average, last night, dropped - 0.60% in 19,792 m. Downward picture show today Asian markets, the Nikkei moving stabilizing + 0.10% to 19.273 m Gold recorded losses - 1.35% to 1,142,96 $ as the Brent oil at $ 53.90 .. and the EUR / USD exchange rate which dropped - 1.08% at 1.0513 the Traders closed positions in emerging markets, while expected pressure on national currencies ..
