Η ΓΣΕΒΕΕ ύστερα από συνεννόηση με τις σχετικές με το Σ/Ν ομοσπονδίες-μέλη της καταθέτει τις ακόλουθες παρατηρήσεις - προτάσεις, η υιοθέτηση των οποίων θεωρούμε ότι είναι αναγκαίες για την πληρότητα του Σ/Ν....

Δελτίο Τύπου -  Οι θέσεις της ΓΣΕΒΕΕ για το νομοσχέδιο του Υπουργείου Οικονομίας, Ανάπτυξης και Τουρισμού σχετικά με την προσαρμογή της ελληνικής νομοθεσίας στην κοινοτική οδηγία 34/2013.

Το κατατεθέν Σ/Ν σε γενικές γραμμές κινείται προς τη σωστή κατεύθυνση. Είναι πολύ θετικό ότι στην αιτιολογική έκθεση το Σ/Ν αναφέρεται ως προϋπόθεση καλής νομοθέτησης η αρχή : προτεραιότητα στις μικρές επιχειρήσεις.
